MVL stands for More Vegan Life because we are all on our own unique journeys through life, exploring and advancing in different areas, at different paces.

It’s all cool.

A More Vegan Life could be 100% vegan, 90% vegan, vegan in your kitchen (free range when you’re out), vegan before 6pm, vegan 5 days a week… you get the idea.

A More Vegan Life, wherever you are at on that scale, means more health for you and less suffering in the world. Result. 

Many people are daunted by the idea of going 100% vegan right away. The best way to start is to just start! You’re probably eating vegan meals anyway… fruit salad for breakfast, jacket potato with beans (just hold the butter)… Try more vegan food, do more conscious shopping and find your own groove.

Don’t beat yourself up. Take your journey at your pace and make your own mind up about what you want to eat.

It’s about a More Vegan Life. 

Just get started and as you get more and more into it, you will find out all sorts of new things to fascinate and gross out your non-vegan friends!
